OBJECTIVES AND ASSIGNMENTS

Choose objectives with the help of predefined lists and configure ways of assigning and calculating results

EVALUATION SHEETS

Design the competency evaluation form and choose what to make visible to the different actors involved in the process: detailed data on each individual competency investigated, visibility of all evaluations carried out, weighted averages of each competency evaluated.

PROCESS TIMING (GANTT) AND SAL

Construct a process plan and define the number of evaluations and SWP (State of Works Progress) with target progress percentages.

COMMUNICATIONS

Set up and schedule the different e-mails, automatic or manual, linked to specific stages of the Performance Management.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Choose the actors involved in the process and define roles, responsibilities and evaluation weight.

Allow the evaluator to propose objectives and possibly self- evaluation

Define a minimum and maximum number of objectives

Activate the timeline for each objective

ONGOING EVALUATIONS OF ASSIGNED OBJECTIVES

With Continous Feedback, the system also enables intermediate stages of evaluation of assigned objectives and required competencies/skills. Evaluated and evaluator, will be able to edit objectives, create new ones and add their comments.
