NEED TO FILL A NEW POSITION?
Be guided in filling out a dynamic form with key information about the desired location:
- Job Title
- Place of Recruitment
- Organisational Unit where the new resource will be placed
- Qualification (preferred)
- Professional profile of the ideal candidate and relevant professional dimensions to be assessed
- Language Skills
- Job Description with specifications on activities and responsibilities
Once the request has been entered, it will follow an approval work-flow, defined and constructed by you, on the basis of the organisational peculiarities in your company.
ROLES, VISIBILITY AND ACCESS CRITERIA
- Assign specific permissions to define the access perimeter and roles of your colleagues in the HR Plan
- Regulate and customise the approval flow and the actors involved
- Secure access via SSO Login
Once the HR Plan is open, Managers and Directors can access their FrontOffice and send their recruitment needs, which, depending on the configuration set up, may be subject to to one or more levels of approval by actors well defined by BackOffice (e.g. HRO, CFO, etc.).
